  • All major cities such as Atlanta, Buckhead, Milton, Sandy Springs, etc. If your listing is far outside that range, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • The duration depends on the service. Once selected, the estimated time appears in the scheduling section.

  • All photos and videos are delivered within the next day.

  • Not at all! You’re welcome to be there if you’d like, but it’s not necessary. As long as a lockbox or Supra CBS code is shared before hand, we can professionally and securely access the home, take care of everything, and ensure the property is left just as we found it—all without disrupting your day.

  • A well-prepared home makes all the difference. Please review our Shoot Ready Checklist to make sure everything’s ready for the best results.

  • A first reschedule or cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $150 fee.

    If an appointment is rescheduled a second time, and the second reschedule is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the original shoot price will apply.

    If the photographer arrives on-site at the scheduled appointment time and is unable to access the property due to a no-show, lockout, or lack of response from the client or property contact, the full original shoot price will be charged.

    Revisits due to staging changes, incomplete preparation, or anything not being ready at the original appointment are subject to a $400 minimum fee. Final pricing may be higher depending on property size and whether photography, video, or both are needed.

    Exceptions may be made for circumstances such as severe weather or emergencies—just let us know.
