  • We are based in Atlanta and serve all major surrounding cities such as Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Kennesaw, Stone Mountain, etc. If your listing is outside that range, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • It depends on the services booked, but usually standard photo shoot takes 30–60 minutes, while video and add-ons can take 1–2 hours.

  • All photos and videos are delivered within the next day.

  • Not at all! You’re welcome to be there if you’d like, but it’s not necessary. We have Supra access, so we can professionally and securely access the home, take care of everything, and ensure the property is left just as we found it—all without disrupting your day.

  • A well-prepared home makes all the difference. Please review our Shoot Ready Checklist to make sure everything’s ready for the best results.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 20 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

    Cancellations made within 20 hours of the scheduled shoot are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

    Exceptions may be made for circumstances such as severe weather or emergencies—just let us know.
