  • The duration depends on the service. Once selected, the estimated time appears in the scheduling section.

  • All photos and videos are delivered within the next day.

  • Not at all! You’re welcome to be there if you’d like, but it’s not necessary. We have Supra access, so we can professionally and securely access the home, take care of everything, and ensure the property is left just as we found it—all without disrupting your day.

  • A well-prepared home makes all the difference. Please review our Shoot Ready Checklist to make sure everything’s ready for the best results.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible.

    Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled shoot are subject to a $45 late cancellation fee.

    Exceptions may be made for circumstances such as severe weather or emergencies—just let us know.
